Puma asked us to develop in-store creative and guidelines for the global launch of their sportstyle shoe called ModeXT. The solution needed to support several product drops and work with imagery of Liu Wen or Adriana Lima dependent on region.
We leaned into the product itself for inspiration, introducing the “X” found in the sole of the shoe as an evergreen element that could change colors based on drop. To ensure international consistency for the launch we designed elaborate guidelines that were distributed globally. The program was a huge success with regional execution being stronger than ever.
